Maybe somebody could open a Limo business, and the owner could intimidate town of Ellicott officials. Right Mr. Miller?

This same article appears in the paper every 3 or 4 years or so. I think they just change the date and re-run it on a slow news day. The outlet mall at strunk has been talked about since I was a kid, and that's along time. An outlet mall will come to Mars before it comes to the bottom of Strunk road.

It would be awesome to see development in our area. If the right places come in we can definitely pull from Fredonia and Olean areas! We have a lot of opportunity to bring in retail and create more jobs, we could use more than Wal-Mart and DG's. I love to see a positive direction we can go in, THANK YOU!!

Until NYS gets its welfare and taxes under control this is just a pipe dream. What good are new stores if people don't have the jobs to afford to shop them. NYS is in a Catch-22.

Great! An outlet mall on Strunk?? Now that would be fun. Grove City and Niagara Falls are quite far away....just sayin'.......

Thank you Mr Rowe for your insight into searching beyond the limits the Town has kept within and reaching for more. Although the town may think Lowes, Olive Garden, and others are not needed, we need to grow, and this is the first in hopefully many positive steps towards growth.
