Where is Tax Free NY going to be felt the most? The row of Victorian houses surrounding the 15-acre campus of Fredonia State or the world-renowned SUNY and CUNY schools in Manhattan, that actually have available office space in the immediate area?

So, the Chamber of Commerce wants a lot more of what is already a radical taxation plan, particularly extreme in a state with such major shortfalls in its budget that it's been slashing much-needed programs for years? Why, or course, what else would you expect from an organization that supports corporate globalization/free trade and outsourcing, opposes financial regulation (yeah guys, let's have a replay of 2008!), opposes the DISCLOSE Act, and opposes healthcare reform. The Chamber even officially opposes action on climate change.

Such forward-looking positions on these issues will certainly sway me to Mr. Tranum's view on this one.
