Hey wisechoice 2010. FYI Jablonski has not worked for the WATERSHED for 20+ years and David DiSalvo is on board for one term only. He pays taxes through rent rates. I agree food concession should be private venture ...and also be up on Chautauqua Ave. The whole reason to put docks in was so that people would come by water to visit village businesses. Maybe that is where village board should throw their effort.

Yes let's put the experts there. Jablonski has worked for the WATERSHED for 20+ years and has done nothing but take property off the tax rolls for Watershed protected wet-lands. And then there is DiSalvo, who thinks we need a concession stand for the beach. " A few people I talked to think it would be good to get a burger or hot dog at the beach" Davey your village is made up of people outside of the Yacht Club. There is still this nagging question, why doesn't DiSalvo own a home in Lakewood. He rents and pays NO taxes, not even the taxes he will approve as a village trustee. This is awful noble of him.

"Feels passionate about being mayor"? Or has been being Mayor gone to his head? Leave planning to the experts on the board and sit back and take credit for it when it is done....like the politician you are, to protect your mayorship.
