I hate it when people barge between you and products at which you are looking on the shelves at WallyWorld, and treat you as though you were not even there. I ALWAYS say "I appreciate your good manners" when someone DOES say "excuse me" when passing in front of me. The author is correct: if the parents don't teach manners and display them, the kids can never learn them.
