Bemus Pt should follow Ripley, and send kids to Chautauqua Lake and let 2nd home owners in Chautauqua Institution pick up school tab. They are not around and can't vote, and are liberal rich aristocrats who could spare the coin anyways. Right? Maybe then there would be enough kids to fill the classrooms and field a few good sports teams.
