I see no need to criticize WCA here. You are given excellent treatment, so that should be the basis of the letter. I am, however, glad that you wrote this letter and also wish you the very best in your treatment.

I, as the tax paying public, since many of my dollars are pumped in there when someone is on welfare or no insurance goes in, do need to know. I'd also love it if organizations like WCA shared their financial records with the public.
