No matter what you do, OVERPREPARE. Remember, if you fail to prepare, you prepare to fail. Overpreparation is the key to extreme success. ******* I have dedicated an entire blog to young adults (those in high school, college, or just entering the workforce). Elizabeth, your posts are in the right direction. Our youth need to learn people engagement, soft-skill and leadership skills as much as the technical skills.
