rodrickson, I believe you are the one who's a bit out of date. Martin Short is a legend, from his days on SCTV through his time on Saturday Night Live and up through his more recent incarnation at Jiminy Glick. I know a lot of young people who are even excited about this, proving he's never been a fad comic. What I don't understand is why the runners of a marathon get first pick at tickets over long-time fans who have no interest in such things.

This is a big time comedian that will be coming to Chautauqua County! For Pete's sake, give it a rest khulumzuru and any other pessimists.

Will Red Buttons and Don Rickles be there as well? I've heard they have great new material regarding the crazy antics of color television and the Space Race.

Honestly, I think the museum is stretching itself thin with more talent on a different weekend other than Lucy Fest. This might be confusing to the potential audience. I guess time will tell if an audience is garnered in the Fall.

Typical Jamestown Grit comment from khumlumdumpster. . So sorry that something positive is happening here that may disrupt your pathetic life. Great job to the organizers on getting such a talent for the inaugural event.
