Good luck getting a Democrat to do anything that would prevent money going into the pockets of lawyers. For the last quarter of a century, lawyers have been giving at least a million dollars a week to the Democratic Party. I can't say whether it's intentional or simply a lack of competence but laws written so complicated they obfuscate, so ambiguous they don't simply invite lawsuits, they demand them have become the rule. Democrats are constantly trying to subvert our rights by trying to gradually cede control of American citizens to the International Court in the Hague and the United Nations. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Ginsberg says she would look to other country's Constitutions as a model. If the others are so wonderful, then why don't the hypocrites change the fact that the U.S. is the only country where frivolous lawsuits don't make the loser pay all court costs. Why? Because it would take money out of the pockets of lawyers and judges?

Donkeyboy, what's the biggest single contributing factor to the high cost of healthcare? That's right, it's practicing defensive medicine which costs hundreds of billions each year. Was any of that addressed in Obamacare? Of course not. Matching up two simple facts that have a cause and effect relationship would appear to be a conspiracy only to someone who adds 1 plus 1 and gets 3.
