It is so impressive to see such a diverse contingent of personalities from throughout the city that have become involved in local government -- all due to the stewardship of their respective neighborhoods.

Yes, let's reward the slumlords that don't take care of their properties once again. How about helping the working people all over the city that might want their houses painted or sided but can't afford to?
