Wow! SWCS costs about $15K per student per year. Maybe this contracting out to other schools is the way to go. Put a litle pressure on school officials and unions that there are other alternatives then to sticking it to the tax payers every year.

So, was the rate that was negotiated done so to fit under the tax cap, or to give the Ripley residents the best price?
