Obviously you didn't read the article. It clearly says that vehicle fatalities are down.

So when do you think cuomo is going to take away cars, have background checks, have citizens taking down license plate numbers of possible law breakers and reporting them to albany AND "No one really needs a car with more than 100hp. too many people have died a l r e a d y. How about prohibiting alcohol, oh wait, that was tried and didn't work......
