Track and golf as a tryout for sharing services seems reasonable. Is there an ongoing project to identify other cost sharing that is working effectively?

What maintenance and cost expenditures are not being discussed on the wind turbine project. What is its lifespan? I understand 10 years is a lifetime on a turbine such as what has been proposed. What is the cost for replacement? Would the tower have a longer than a decade life? At what year does it make money over the sunk costs? It would be nice to read a complete article by the supporters and proposers (in this media) on this issue before sunk costs are invested and thousands wasted. How about a gas well on school property? Is there consideration for solar power?
