Will this be free parking for anyone or will it become free parking just for the employees that work for the owners of the buildings that will own the property? No tickets will be given by the city if you park there all day? Who will plow the street in the winter and if it is not done can the owners of the property be sued for not maintaining the road? Why abandon the property when the city could just allow more parking and still maintain it? They could even keep the parking meters. Is someone influencing the city council? More facts please.
