We all know that NYS is not business friendly and that Guppies is a fun place to go.....but that is not an excuse for an arrogant individual. Most business owners are busy with one thing or another. I was with mine but you still pay attention to details and deal with required paperwork as dumb as it may seem. Wheather it be sales tax, payroll taxes or just paying bills. One can understand you might forget sending the paperwork in once but now this is the 3rd time? And when you are called to a violation hearing and go to a hearing only for this subject you don't think that maybe bringing along the past 2 slips with you that this would have been a good idea? And for the folks that do not think grease in a sewer system, that relies on pumps to move the sewage along and don't think that it isn't a big deal are not up stream from this issue. Because when these pumps don't work, your sewage doesn't go anywhere either........Poor excuse for a buisness person!

There must have been some unsanitary conditions surrounding the grease traps or this situation would not even exist. No one wants unsanitary conditions in a food service area. Think about it, does any one want to get ill? Not me!!! Restaurants MUST be inspected for the health and welfare of those eating at the establishments.

I have been to this restaurant many times. It is the perfect model of great food and cost containment. It does not surprise me that it is one of the few places around here that is always packed. I got this geaat idea: Let's hound them until they close their doors... WTF

So a restaurant owner forgets to file some paperwork and the PJ devotes this many column inches to it?
