"The CCIDA's standard uniform tax exempt policy has already been adopted and has been reviewed by the municipalities in Chautauqua County. Because it is offering RAE Enterprise a payment in lieu of tax agreement and other benefits outside its normal realm, the hearing was necessary." AAAHAHAHHHAAAA!!! You idiots are going to have to raise sales tax to 20% for this one! I couldn't make this stuff up if I tried. First of all, its a pierogi resstaurant... Second, they'll pay no taxes. Additionally, the board approved selling property owned by the CCIDA to Southern Tier Brewing Company for $1 in order to help the business with a waste treatment facility.

Its nice to see the town giving back to a business that gives every year to the local charities.
