Monorail is a technology whose time came and went several decades ago. This plan, once you get through the pages and pages and pages of blah blah blah blah, basically says that most residents of North Harmony pretty much like it just the way it is, but would like to see improvements in certain common sense areas. It also presents a modest but very sensible plan for the development of the area around Stow, which I think everybody will agree has lots pf potential, but needs a really good plan to maximize that potential. So in spite of lots of blank paper, and blah blah blah, this is a pretty solid and sensible plan for the area.

It is ironic that McGraw's two towers proposal was the impetus for this plan, and his current development project will be green lighted by the town board despite what the plan, zoning and anti-funnelling require.
