Now they can jack up the school taxes on Chautauqua Institution houses, as they are all second home owners who can't vote locally. Start busing kids from all over and let Instution and lake front homes pick up the cost of educating them. After all the weathly need to give a little more . .... and a little more.... And a little more....

That graph is representative of a lot that is wrong with this county as the exodus of families from the area. Eduction, County and state politicians should print it out and post it on their walls as a daily reminder of what they are doing to area.
