The only way to reduce state pension and mandates is to reduce the number of public employees. Time to privatize and subcontract where possible and reduce public employee head count. Stop the import welfare famlies who contribute to the both the crime and welfare problems of the city. Stop apple yards and section 8 housing.

"Teresi said the city will work in greater partnership with existing partners like the Jamestown Renaissance Corp., area foundations, private lenders and developers to bring even more investment into the city's west side, bring private tenants to buildings including the Gateway Station, the Federal Building on Third Street and the M&T Bank building on Second and Main"
Let's just hope it's NOT more low income housing.
