from what i've been told, aside from prototypes & ironing out the kinks, the bulk of the work will be done in mexico.

Good for TiTan X. Not sure how it will benefit or cause harm to the community. Time will tell. Either way, the community is still going to be depressed.

Open a factory in Mexico what about all the people you have laid off and keep switching back/forth their shifts. Take care of your home place first
