I've tried Blackwood's chicken wing soup. It's a far cry from the chicken wing soup at Hebner Heights...now that's some good homemade soup!!!

I make chicken wing soup a lot in the winter, man I love it. My "secret" is using bleu cheese & cheddar cheese as the thickener (instead of flour), makes it super tangy. The broth ends up looking like fire and it tastes like it too.
