I recently heard on the news that Buffalo was rated number three as the worst place to get a job. I know that there must be more jobs in Buffalo than in chautauqua county. So I wonder what the actual jobless rate is in Chautauqua county. Seems like everyone I knowis on social services or evrytime I goto the stoe people are using benefit cards to pay for groceries. Please dont misunderstand If you need help it should be available. Im just curious as to where they get their info from. Seems to me that more people are unemployed than gainfully employed which brings up another issue how do the homeowners and working poor keep carrying the load?

I don't know who would want to open a business in NY state just to pay our outlandish taxes, to watch as the roads don't get paved over, and roads go unplowed in the winter time. I would take my business elsewhere where the State looks out for small businesses. Just as soon as I am done with colleg,I am out of here. If you have ever been anywhere else like Austin TX, where the technology industry is thriving and jobs are plentiful, the city scene is unbelievable and the people are actually decent. You would realize that something isn't right up here are these JTown politicians got deep pockets. I seriously believe that Jamestown will continue to go down hill. I'm packin my bags and running, as soon as I am done with college.
