Pandora's Box has been opened. Now watch the ebbing life cycle of a strip mall boulavard. Soon it will be like Washington and Fluvanna Ave. These tin pushers will push out retail business and evenually home owners. Find me a place where there is intergration beween the three. Car lots beget car lots.

I am all for bringing jobs to the area but we dont need any more junk vendors. The 3rd generation dealer can stay in the north county

Don't see the problem here.Fairmount is obviously the biggest shopping area around so what difference does it make for a few more car dealers to go there? If they pay taxes and can survive then why care? Its better than abandoned buildings

I have heard that McFaden Ford in Jamestown has leased the store where Crawford Furniture had been. It happened seven months ago and they will sell used cars there as soon as they put in a fire wall between Grossmans and their business. So I guess they already got approval??????
