It will be delightful to vote these no sale legislators out of office for incompetence and refusing to represent the people of Chautauqua county.

November cant come fast enough.

To those legislatorsvoting against the sale, either show concrete proof that the owner making the offer is questionable, or get out of the way. The county cannot afford to continue to lose all of this money.

We have the opportunity to gain desperately needed jobs by adding more services, the patients will gain by adding more services, the local area schools and residents will gain by bringing the county home back to the property tax roles, the new owners will be paying tax on their profits, we all gain from the millions from the sale of the home and we the county taxpayer wont have to drain our budget keeping the home going.

Win/win for everyone..

A third resolution should be to close the county home once it stars to lose money. The county tax payers cannot be held hostage by CSEA anymore!! When will people wake up and see that CSEA is behind every effort to stall and thwart county home sale to private individuals. It is almost unanimous by the majority of county voters to sell the home and get it off the backs of property owners.

Everyone needs to go to the meeting tonight and voice your opinion, you know the csea will be there. We must stand up and be heard.

Remember that no matter what happens other than the status quo, CSEA is out the door. CSEA will do or say anything to protect the dues they collect from the members at the county home.

Wish the PJ would do a little investigative reporting and lay out the facts. Equally from both sides of the issue. Let's see the facts so we can weigh in on this issue fairly.

It sounds like some of the Legislators have looked into the facts, maybe they can present those facts to all of their constituents.

If the resolution to sell to Rothner is not passed they will then act on the second resolution that is really just a poll to see who will vote to sell to a "qualified" buyer. The second resolution is a meaningless joke. There will be democrats that vote for it to make themselves look good when they have absolutely no intention of supporting a sale. They will find fault with every buyer and use that as their excuse not to sell. It's a crock of you know what.

Whitney and Cornell are just shills for CSEA. Why is a CSEA Union President and County employee also the Vice Chairman of the County Democratic Party? There is no reason for a legislator from jamestown to support, unless they are only representing the Union.

Sue Anne has said it best. The taxpayers must show at this meeting. Hoyer and his team of wasteful representatives are trying to blow this deal up.The people must be heard
