Investigators from the Jamestown Police Department are investigating a burglary that occurred at a home on Charlotte Avenue sometime between 11 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. on Sunday....

Why would a buglar take off a ring? Did they wash up or take a shower? Take some DNA samples...find the family strain...narrow it down. Could be hard to do in Jamesown though.

It's too bad the rest of the finger wasn't found with the ring. That would make the investigation much easier. : )
