in honor of women

As women our instincts have consistently put us in the role of caretaker. Whether mothers’, wives, sisters’, or friends we find ourselves constantly putting our best effort forth to accommodate another’s needs. Despite the energy it takes for us to fill this role many women desire to broaden their expectations of self by advancing their skills in a professional manner. Although the balance of the two often seems overwhelming these women are determined to maintain their objective and refuse to submit to those analogies of the past that significantly left women at home. We, as women, take great pride in how far we have come in our strive to be equal and have largely broadened our recognition within the world of profession however, in our individual need for care we generally feel our needs have been vacated. This vacancy can be explained mostly through the success of the women’s movement. In years gone past women were more connected. Generation
