Jamestown Police ¯ John P. Matteson Jr., 22, of 29 Osborne St., Jamestown, was charged Thursday with unnecessary noise, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Officers were called to 20 E. Fifth St. around 12:30 a.m. Thursday on a noise complaint. When they arrived and cited another person for the violation, Matteson allegedly began to yell, swear and struggle with officers. He was taken to the city jail. ¯ Damian A. Taylor, 30, of 515 Clinton St., Jamestown, wsa charged Thursday with second-degree criminal trespass. Taylor allegedly walked into a Second Street home and went to sleep in an upstairs bedroom. He was reportedly highly intoxicated and thought he was in his girlfriend’s house. He was taken to the city jail and held pending arraignment. ¯ Aaron E. Davis, 45, of 102 Prospect St., Jamestown, was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree aggravated harassment.
